Game room with pool table, arcade machines, TV, and bicycle mural

🎱 What's Inside

Pool table — converts to ping-pong with the included topper and net.
Foosball table — perfect for quick tournaments.
Arcade machines — multiple retro games to relive your childhood.
Karaoke mic — connect to the TV and channel your inner rock star.
65" Smart TV — great as a secondary movie/sports spot or for kids' movie night.
Board games & kids' toys — check the shelves for a great selection.

Climate control: The game room is cooled and heated by a minisplit unit with its own remote control. If it's too warm or cool, use the remote to adjust — it operates independently from the main house.

Kitchen & Dining

The luxury kitchen is fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to a full dinner party. You'll find it stocked better than most home kitchens.

Coffee Setup

We take coffee seriously — and so does Bentonville. Your stay includes a complimentary 10 oz bag of Onyx Coffee Lab beans, roasted right here in NWA. Onyx was named the #1 coffee shop in the world in 2025 and is a perennial Good Food Award winner. K-cups are also available for quick cups.

We chose the Fellow Aiden precision brewer specifically because its guided brew function makes cafe-quality coffee effortless for guests. The Aiden walks you through every step on its display — grind size, water amount, ratio — so you get a perfect cup every time without guessing. Just grind your beans with the Fellow grinder (use whatever setting you prefer), add them to the filter basket, fill the reservoir, and pick a brew profile. The machine handles the rest.

🍳 Appliances

Stove & Oven — both electric. The stovetops are induction, so use the provided cookware (magnetic-compatible).
Dishwasher — detergent pods under the sink. Run after heavy use.
Microwave — above the stove.
Blender, toaster, kettle — on the counter or in the lower cabinets.
Washer & Dryer — located in the hallway closet. Detergent provided.

🍽️ Dining

The dining table seats six and sits next to windows overlooking the patio and hot tub. You'll find a full set of dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and all cooking essentials — pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, and more.

Living Spaces & Bedrooms

Living Room

The open-concept main floor features a cozy gas fireplace and a 65" smart TV. All major streaming apps are available — just log into your own account (and please log out before you leave).

To start the gas fireplace, first flip the wall switch to the side of the mantle, then turn on the pilot switch located low on the fireplace itself. Instant ambiance — no logs or maintenance needed. Please turn both switches off when leaving the house or going to bed.

Local Recommendations

Bentonville punches way above its weight. Here are our favorite spots with honest commentary from your hosts, Adriana & Brennan.

🎈 Kid-Friendly

Scott Family Amazeum
🚗 8 min 🚲 15 min

The absolute best indoor spot for kids. A massive, interactive children's museum featuring a Hershey's Lab, a tinkering hub, and a climbable canopy.

Brennan's take: I can't personally vet this one — but looks promising. Our baby is a bit too young for this :)
Osage Park
🚗 5 min 🚲 10 min

A fantastic outdoor space with floating boardwalks over wetlands, a playground, and an archery range. It's right next to the municipal airport, so kids can watch small planes take off and land.

Brennan's take: This park is great and "Louise at Thaden Field" is great for brunch. We bring our baby there to watch the planes when we're in Bentonville. He loves it and honestly, I'm a plane nerd, so I do too!
The Walmart Museum & Spark Café
🚗 6 min 🚲 13 min

Located right on the Bentonville Square. The museum is quick and interesting, but the real draw for kids is the Spark Café at the end, which serves classic, incredibly affordable ice cream.

Brennan's take: It's a small museum, but you're likely to be downtown at some point anyway! It's informative, tells the Walmart story, and gives you some fun history tidbits along the way.
Lawrence Plaza
🚗 6 min 🚲 13 min

Depending on the season, this spot near the square is either a fantastic splash pad for cooling off in the summer or an outdoor ice-skating rink in the winter.

Brennan's take: I can't personally vet this one either — this looks weather dependent. Warm weather only because a large portion of it is the fountains.

🖼️ Must-Sees

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art
🚗 10 min 🚲 20 min

A world-class art museum nestled in a ravine. The architecture is stunning, general admission is free, and the sprawling outdoor sculpture trails are incredible to explore.

Brennan's take: Can't beat Crystal Bridges. Gorgeous, part of what Bentonville is famous for.
Slaughter Pen Mountain Bike Park
🚗 8 min 🚲 15 min

A world-class trail system that weaves right through town and around Crystal Bridges. It features everything from paved paths to expert downhill runs, making it an essential stop for cycling enthusiasts or a scenic family walk.

Brennan's take: If you are biking, 100% recommend this. If not, go to Coler Mountain Preserve and walk to the coffee shop in the middle of it!
The Momentary
🚗 7 min 🚲 13 min

Contemporary art, live music, and food — Crystal Bridges' satellite space in a converted cheese factory.

Brennan's take: If you're looking to see live music, check if they have something playing at the Momentary while you're here.
Coler Mountain Preserve
🚗 5 min 🚲 7 min

Over 300 acres of world-class mountain biking trails for all skill levels, plus beautiful walking paths. A destination that puts Bentonville on the global cycling map.

Brennan's take: Even if you're not biking, go to Coler and walk to the coffee shop in the middle of it. It's a beautiful experience.
Airship Coffee at Coler
🚗 N/A 🚲 10 min

A coffee shop accessible only by trail, nestled in the middle of Coler Mountain Preserve. Enjoy fresh coffee and snacks by the creek surrounded by mountain bike trails and native landscaping.

Brennan's take: This is the coffee shop I'm talking about above. It's walkable/bikeable only — no cars. That's part of the charm.

🍽️ Must-Eats

Yeyo's
🚗 5 min 🚲 10 min

Located at the vibrant 8th Street Market, they serve up some of the most vibrant, authentic, and delicious Mexican food in Northwest Arkansas, with ingredients sourced from their own local farm.

Brennan's take: We LOVE this restaurant. Farm-to-table Mexican cuisine. No more to say here. We are picky on our Mexican cuisine.
Wright's Barbecue
🚗 12 min

Essential, unpretentious, and phenomenal wood-fired Arkansas BBQ. The brisket and ribs are incredible, and the casual atmosphere is universally welcoming.

Brennan's take: Also amazing. Get the Rocket Man with mac-and-cheese. Sounds weird, but it's delicious.
The Preacher's Son
🚗 6 min 🚲 13 min

For a memorable dinner, this stunning restaurant is located inside a beautifully restored historic church just off the square, offering high-end, innovative American cuisine.

Brennan's take: This is the best restaurant we've been to in Bentonville to date (close second is Junto). Both will run you a pretty penny, but they are 1000% worth it. FWIW, if it's something you're interested in, The Preacher's Son has the cheapest pour of Louis XIII I've ever seen — and I've been to many restaurants & bars. That's not to say it's cheap.
Junto Sushi
🚗 6 min 🚲 13 min

A phenomenal spot for Japanese cuisine. Incredibly fresh cuts — from melt-in-your-mouth otoro and kanpachi nigiri to fantastic sea bass hand rolls and classic favorites. A great choice for a high-quality dinner.

Brennan's take: Second best, but mostly just because atmosphere and service is really great at The Preacher's Son. The sushi is great (surprising, I know). It will run you a pretty penny.
Bentonville Brewing Company
🚗 5 min 🚲 10 min

Located on SW 14th Street right next to Osage Park, this family-friendly brewery features an expansive outdoor patio, a great selection of food trucks, and even a kid's pump track and play area. Adults can relax with a craft beer while the little ones stay entertained.

Brennan's take: I honestly considered putting this one in the kid-friendly section. It really is. Tons of outdoor space, laid-back atmosphere, great brews (I can't get enough of Space Goose). Dog friendly too — they have a dog run right on property!
Pedaler's Pub
🚗 5 min 🚲 10 min

If you're coming straight off the trails at Slaughter Pen or just exploring downtown, this bike-themed local staple serves excellent wood-fired pizzas, hearty sandwiches, and great drinks in a laid-back, vibrant atmosphere that captures the heart of Bentonville's cycling culture.

Brennan's take: This is a "Bentonville staple" — one I personally approve of. Frequent dinner spot of ours during renovations. Fills up quick and they don't take reservations, so get there early! Especially if it's Thursday night.
Onyx Coffee Lab
🚗 6 min 🚲 13 min

An absolute must for coffee fans. Located right on the Square, this beautifully designed cafe was named the #1 coffee shop in the world in 2025 and serves award-winning roasts and excellent pastries.

Brennan's take: If you can make it out to their HQ in Rogers, I recommend it. The Bentonville location is awesome, but you can't beat the HQ. Great coffee. You'll get a box of it free of charge with your stay.
Conifer
🚗 6 min 🚲 13 min

A dedicated gluten-free, farm-to-table restaurant with a hyper-seasonal menu reflecting local farmers. Three-time James Beard nominee for "Best Chef: South." Innovative, thoughtful, and beautifully executed.

Brennan's take: A hidden treasure along the Razorback Greenway. Their plates are very savory. They change their menu seasonally, so you can't go wrong.
Wu Zhao
🚗 6 min 🚲 13 min

Modern Asian cuisine just off the Square — house-made dim sum, fresh sushi, Chinese-inspired dishes, and the largest wine portfolio in NWA. Cosmopolitan vibes with illuminated cherry blossom trees draping over diners' tables.

Brennan's take: Versatile and good for trying things across Asian cuisines. Their mushroom & truffle dumplings were exquisite.
Mezzaluna Pasteria & Mozzarella Bar
🚗 6 min 🚲 13 min

Fresh pasta, housemade mozzarella, and gelato — all made daily. An intimate Italian experience with an extensive wine list. One of the highest-rated restaurants in Bentonville.

Brennan's take: Great spin on Italian favorites like baked prosciutto and mozzarella. Their cured pork pappardelle was to die for.
The Hive at 21c
🚗 6 min 🚲 13 min

Creative Southern cuisine inside the 21c Museum Hotel. Art-filled atmosphere with a menu that blends Southern comfort and modern flair.

Brennan's take: This restaurant is really solid all around with great service.
Co-Op Ramen
🚗 5 min 🚲 10 min

Located in 8th Street Market, serving authentic Japanese ramen with an Ozark twist. Chef-driven bowls made with locally sourced ingredients, plus great bao buns and dumplings.

Brennan's take: Great ramen that really hits the spot after a long day on the trails.
Louise at Thaden Field
🚗 8 min 🚲 15 min

Upscale brunch and dinner right on the tarmac of Bentonville's municipal airport. Watch small planes take off while you eat — a truly unique Bentonville experience.

Brennan's take: My personal favorite weekend brunch ambience. I'm a plane nerd and love watching the planes. They also have dinner several times a week now!
Vira's Indian Kitchen
🚗 8 min

Authentic South Indian cuisine — a refreshing departure from the typical Northern Indian fare. Crispy dosas, rich curries, and standout seafood dishes like fish baked in banana leaf.

Brennan's take: Vira's kitchen takes me back to my time in India. Kerala food (their specialty) was one of my favorite Indian sub-cuisines. Definitely try a coconut/mango curry to get a sense of it.
Thai Basil
🚗 7 min

A reliable go-to for Thai favorites — curries, stir-fries, pad thai, and pho. Great for a casual, flavorful meal.

Brennan's take: Thai Basil is our go-to Thai spot in Bentonville — easy, fast, delicious.
HomeGrown
🚗 5 min 🚲 10 min

Located in 8th Street Market, this locally-sourced daytime eatery serves breakfast and brunch with generous portions. Seasonal pancakes, avocado toast, and excellent coffee (they use Onyx).

Brennan's take: Fresh, tasty, and hearty options!
The Buttered Biscuit
🚗 8 min

Scratch-made Southern breakfast and brunch — signature buttermilk biscuits, sausage gravy, and powdered-sugar beignets. Family-owned and locally beloved. Nearly everything can be made gluten-free.

Brennan's take: Great traditional southern brunch. Definitely go for some of the things they are famous for! Their cinnamon rolls are fantastic.
Gusano's Pizzeria
🚗 7 min

Chicago-style deep-dish and thin-crust pizza with a game area for kids and an adult game room with pool tables and big screens. A solid, casual family spot.

Brennan's take: Known for its sports-heavy atmosphere, but the pizza will keep you coming back. Try the Ditka!
Capriotti's Sandwich Shop
🚗 7 min

Hand-crafted subs with premium meats and slow-roasted hand-pulled turkey. Their "Bobbie" was voted the greatest sandwich in America. Great for a quick, hearty meal.

Brennan's take: These delicious subs give any sub shop a run for its money. I'm not usually a sandwich fan, but I am a Capriotti's fan.
Pro tip: Almost everything in Bentonville is bikeable. Grab one of our loaner bikes and explore — trails and greenways connect most of the major destinations without ever getting on a road. If you have specific questions about what to do, just reach out — we're happy to help!
